We are not your typical Solicitors & Estate Agents as we do everything in-house to ensure we have specialists to advise clients during every step of their journey. Duties will include the following:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for your allocated portfolio of clients
  • Keeping clients informed via telephone and email of the activity on their file and being proactive in securing updates
  • Presenting convincing, strategic, and creative marketing strategies for our clients’ properties which might not be selling or getting the desired interest
  • Responding promptly with enthusiasm to all email and telephone enquiries about our clients' properties and leaving no stone unturned in following up with interested parties
  • Skilfully negotiating the best price for our clients' properties and always protecting our clients' price objectives
  • Upselling our services where our clients would directly benefit from additional marketing initiatives

We are looking for individuals who have varied backgrounds and whilst property sales experience is advantageous, a genuine desire to assist our clients is paramount.

This is a permanent, part-time appointment of 13.5 – 19.5 hours per week with the requirement to work one weekend shift and at least one evening shift from the hours detailed below:

Our Production Department consists of a talented team of Professional Photographers, Graphic Designers and Production Administrators. It is the Production Administrator’s responsibility to help the Department complete the administration tasks required to bring a property live on the market as well as maintain client contact to ensure they are well-informed of the upcoming steps in the selling process.

Daily tasks will involve:

Client Contact

  • Responding promptly to client queries via telephone and email
  • Inspecting paperwork and confirming contents with clients

Departmental Contact

  • Liaising with Property Valuers, Finance and Legal teams as well as external contractors
  • Coordinating the photo-shoot diary and assigning photographers to specific photo-shoots

Administration

  • Establishing and inputting property and client details onto our bespoke admin system
  • Dealing with home reports and obtaining outstanding information
  • Updating electronic property files and uploading to external property websites

  • Ensuring the accuracy of all property details and client paperwork

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

Fort William

We are looking to expand our busy and successful Professional Photography and Production Department and are currently recruiting for a Contract Photographer based in the Fort William area. Please note: It is important that you live in the area you are applying for, due to local knowledge.

  • Be comfortable closing business from company generated leads.
  • Be able to self - generate business leads from own initiative and effective networking.
