On Friday 2nd December, the team at McEwan Fraser Legal headed down to the grand Hilton London Metropole to attend the Estate Agency of the Year Awards Ceremony hosted by Penny Smith – a prestigious event that gathers all the best Estate Agents from across the UK. The awards are sponsored by The Sunday Times, The Times and Zoopla, and it is the only event that is solely focussed on Estate Agency in the UK.
Winners are decided based on a rigorous and thorough judging process by a panel of industry experts who assessed initial entry submissions before conducting an extensive review of the entrants, through telephone interviews and independent mystery shopping exercises. The whole of the judging process was overseen by The Property Ombudsman. We’re thrilled to have once again been awarded and recognised as the winner for “Best Estate Agency in Scotland”.
This is an incredible achievement for the growing team at McEwan Fraser Legal, having now won the award 4 out of the last 5 years! Every day, the team work extremely hard to be great at what they do, because they know being average just isn’t good enough in today’s competitive marketplace.
Here is what the judges said: “McEwan Fraser Legal is an excellent business. They won the silver award in this category last year and the panel is pleased to once again recognise their efforts. They offer a diverse range of services including commercial and development management. It is evident that the clients come first and there are a number of impressive initiatives in place to meet their requirements: the offices are open until midnight in the week and until 22.00 at the weekend, and the staff speak over 17 languages.
They have partnered with a number of high profile organisations to raise their profile including sponsoring three top-flight Scottish football clubs. They show a considered approach to marketing campaigns and the mix of online and offline activities was excellent, especially where the two were brought together.
