Taking Home a Trio of Awards at the 2018 Negotiator Awards.

We are delighted to announce that McEwan Fraser Legal was presented with the “Scottish Agency of the Year” and “UK Marketing Campaign of the Year” awards, whilst also taking the runner-up spot in the UK-wide “Estate Agency of the Year” category at the coveted Negotiator Awards.

The Negotiator Awards are the premier Awards in the UK residential Estate Agency circuit, with the 2018 entry list being the biggest to date. The Awards ceremony took place at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London and was hosted by TV presenter, star and comedian Julian Clary.

Our Chief Executive Ken McEwan shared his view towards the wins: “The Negotiator Awards are industry recognised as the benchmark for UK Estate Agency with thousands of entries received each year, so our wins on Friday night are a testament to our business ethos of protecting our margins by offering a superior and bespoke service to our clients in a backdrop of low cost fee driven competitors.

It should be noted that we were the only Solicitors and Estate Agents in the UK to win any awards, which I believe is a huge achievement."
