The sale comprises a 12.25 Hectare/approx 30 acres plot of Croft land with derelict building, and within the same plot boundary a 0.32 acre decrofted plot with a derelict thatched cottage and ruined buildings and lastly a 0.49 acre decrofted plot which previously had outline planning permission for the erection of a new dwelling.

The 30 acre croft land comprises two croft listings, numbered C1175 and C1176. The thatched cottage in the first decofted plot is a Category C Listed Building. Details can be found on Highland Councils Planning website. Both decrofted plots are sited within the boundary of the 30 acre croft land boundary and have been removed from crofting tenure.

We understand there to be electricity to one or both of the properties on the plots, though cannot confirm the extent of the supplies. There is mains water in the vicinity of the plots.
