We are committed to assisting you and your family with your legal needs at various stages of your life. We offer a wide range of services for you and your family. We have recently expanded our services into the private client sector.

We are pleased to announce that we will be offering Wills and Powers of Attorney. We believe that everyone should have a Will and a Power of Attorney. A Will allows you to choose who your estate passes to and who administers it. If you die intestate, your estate will be divided accordingly to the law rather than your personal wishes.

A Power of Attorney will ensure that someone that you trust will look after your affairs should you become incapable to do so. In the event of incapacity, a Power of Attorney will protect your family from stressful and expensive court proceedings. In addition to the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney, we can assist you with administering and winding up of the estate of a deceased person. We can deal with the legal requirements so that you can focus on supporting your family. Whether or not there is a Will, we are able to guide you through the process.

If you wish to proceed with the preparation of a Will and/or a Power of Attorney or if you have any queries, please contact Anna on anna.dabrowska@mcewanfraserlegal.co.uk or 0131 603 6738.
