We are delighted to have been the finalist for "Medium Employer of the Year" at The Scottish Training Federation (STF) Awards 2016 this September. McEwan Fraser Legal and Limelight Careers have been working closely together to deliver our Modern Apprenticeship programme for many years. Since launching the programme, a number of apprentices have become valuable assets to the company and have progressed within their respective roles. At McEwan Fraser Legal, we put young people at the heart of the business, 25% of our staff are under the age of 24.
We take pride in providing quality job roles for young people (school leavers) and give them the opportunity to work towards a Modern Apprenticeship, Employability programs or work experience as part of their ongoing development. In May 2015 we were awarded the ‘Investors in People’ and the ‘Investors in Young People’ Accreditations; the first company in our industry to receive both.
Our commitment to the learning and development of our staff is seen once again, being the finalist for “Medium Employer of the Year’ at the STF Awards. The STF Awards ceremony took place on the evening of Tuesday 27 September 2016 at the Crieff Hydro in Crieff. Kaye Adams and BBC weather presenter, Judith Ralston hosted the ceremony.
