Denfield House is an imposing and attractive country house. It is believed to date from the late 18th century with later additions. Built of red sandstone, which is typical of the area, it has a slate roof. Internally it boasts some fine reception rooms and retains period features including panelled doors and cornices. It has been owned by the sellers since 1970. The large sunroom/games room was added in 1985 and at that stage, the downstairs bathroom and the kitchen were refurbished. The house was double glazed in 2004, with the exception of the living room and the main bedroom. A new boiler was installed in 2009.

Gates open onto a tarred driveway which leads up to a tarred parking and turning area at the front of the house and continues on to the garaging to the rear.
