Ken plays a key role in delivering high-level support services to McEwan Fraser Legal through a strategic support services business, with a particular focus on sales and marketing. His work enables the partners, management, and legal teams to focus fully on delivering high-quality legal, compliance, and operational services to clients.

Ken was instrumental in helping McEwan Fraser Legal achieve significant industry recognition, including being named Scotland’s Best Estate Agency of the Year and UK Estate Agency of the Year at the prestigious Sunday Times Awards. He also played a key role in securing four category wins at the Scottish Legal Awards.

In recognition of his leadership and impact across a number of businesses, Ken has twice been a finalist for CEO of the Year at the Scottish Business Awards. Most recently, he has been nominated by the judges of the British Business Awards for Entrepreneur of the Year, with the award ceremony taking place at the EICC in April 2026.

Ken is widely recognised for his personal support and generosity towards a number of Scottish charities, including Radio Forth Cash for Kids, the CR Smith Charity Shoot, and Social Bite, as well as for supporting fundraising initiatives such as Lunch with the Old Bags, held in aid of The King’s Trust.
