The Position

Due to the growth of our business we are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Commercial Property Valuer to cover the Central Belt of Scotland.

  • Providing accurate valuations of businesses and residential properties for sale on the open market
  • Relaying a comprehensive understanding of the structures behind commercial valuations including EBITDA and how to place the pricing structure within the current market
  • Self-generating business leads from own initiative and effective networking
  • Delivering persuasive presentations of our unique services to clients
  • Being passionate about delivering outstanding customer service with honesty and integrity
  • Responding promptly to email, telephone and system-generated enquiries
  • Completing accurate and appealing property text and assisting colleagues with innovative marketing solutions to best showcase your clients’ properties

Salary and commission will be very competitive and the overall package will be dependent on experience. Candidates should have their own car and all expenses will be provided.

Requirements

  • Previous sales/negotiation experience with a proven track record of success
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, target-driven team environment
  • A genuine interest to get involved in the property industry
  • Candidates with previous property valuation experience would need to demonstrate that they could adapt to the McEwan Fraser Legal culture and ethos of always putting our clients first
  • Excellent local knowledge and existing contacts in the area
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Access to own transportation
  • Positive, pro-active attitude
