Our View on Property Videos

Property videos have been around for a long time, but there is no evidence to suggest a property video will actually help sell your property.

As internet connections gather speed and buyers are able to view more properties on line in less time it's crucial that your property catches the buyers' attention and holds it. In our opinion property videos can take up valuable on line time and risk a potential buyer losing the desire to view your property in person. If you don't get the all-important viewings it is highly unlikely you will get a sale. Our goal is to entice buyers to pick up the phone and talk to our expert property sales team who will arrange a viewing on your behalf. We have found that using an eye catching, high quality and professional photos will stop a buyer in their tracks. We want that buyer to pick up the phone! If a buyer wants further details they can quickly view a clear floor plan and stunning schedule prepared by our in house production team in much less time than it takes to view a property video.

Charging clients to produce expensive property videos that don't increase interest in their property is not an option for McEwan Fraser Legal. We prefer to market our clients' property much more efficiently by exposing it to as many on-line buyers as possible and our large qualified database.

At McEwan Fraser Legal we employ our own videographer who produces company videos to support our social media activity and increase traffic to our website and ultimately increase the number of potential buyers viewing our clients' properties.

We are better placed than most to offer property videos... If only we believed they worked!
