How to part-exchange your property through McEwan Fraser Legal

23 March 2010

McEwan Fraser Legal offers a unique part-exchange option on each property we market.

If you are interested in buying a property we have available for sale and have your own property to sell we can refer you to McEwan Fraser Investments (who operate independently of McEwan Fraser Legal). McEwan Fraser Investments can make a cash offer for your existing property to help you buy any property advertised on this site.

If you are selling your property through McEwan Fraser Legal, the big attraction of the part-exchange option is that this unique initiative makes your property much more attractive and of huge interest to buyers who have not sold their own property. When any prospective buyers are keen to purchase a property they are far more likely to make an offer if they know that they have a guaranteed offer for their own house. This simply means that McEwan Fraser should help you achieve a lot more interest in your property as anyone who is keen on your property will be able to dispose of their own property to McEwan Fraser Investments. The part-exchange option does not cost you anything. Our normal estate agency fees are only apply if we are successful in achieving a sale of your property.
