Brand Ambassadors Agreement

Brand Ambassadors are paid the relevant fee when the property that they have referred to McEwan Fraser Legal is sold.
Brand Ambassadors are NOT employees of McEwan Fraser Legal and as such should not represent McEwan Fraser Legal by any means.
Brand Ambassadors are members of the public who are paid a structured fee when they refer business to McEwan Fraser Legal.
Payment cannot be made on properties referred to McEwan Fraser Legal after the owner of the property has already made contact with McEwan Fraser Legal.
Referrals will only be accepted if a referral card is presented before or at the time of first contact with seller.
Brand Ambassadors must NOT deliberately pursue properties that are already for sale with other solicitor firms.
Brand Ambassadors must NOT provide additional information about McEwan Fraser Legal such as fees charged. Any requests for information in addition to that supplied should be addressed directly to McEwan Fraser Legal.

Ambassadors Payment Structure

Brand Ambassadors will earn £100 per referral to McEwan Fraser Legal upon the sale of the property referred.
